Mr. Finishing Surfacer 1500 Black Spray

Mr. Finishing Surfacer is a great primer to use before painting.  The grades of surfacer means how smooth they go on.  Mr Finishing Surfacer dries very quickly and is lacquer based. The Black works especially well with metallic colors.
