Refund policy

Returns and Refund

  • We have a 30 day policy for returns.
  • For an item to be eligible for a refund it must fulfill all these requirements:
    • The item is returned within 30 days of when it was purchased
    • Item must have proof of purchase from Glacier Hobbies
    • The item must be unopened
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • The customer is responsible for any import taxes, custom charges, or fees.
  • There is a 5% credit card processing fee if the item was original bought using credit (for in stock orders). For pre-order the processing fee is 10%.
  • There will be a 3-5 day wait for credit card refund.
  • We do not offer replacement parts. Please contact the manufacturer for replacement parts. We can offer assistance in locating their contact information.

Special Note on Prize Figures

  • Prize figures are of lower quality standards by the manufacturer. Some may have minor paint defects or imperfections.
  • We do not offer returns or refunds on prize figures with paint defects or imperfections. We do not offer replacement for prize figures.
