Shipping policy

In-Stock Shipping

  • All in stock orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive 2x email notification regarding your order: 
    • A confirmation email that your order is placed
    • A notification that your order has been packaged with the tracking number
  • You can track the status of a shipped order via UPS or USPS tracking depending on the method of shipping.
  • We have two shipping methods:
    • Economy shipping which takes 5-8 business days
    • Standard shipping which takes 1-4 business days, includes up to $200 insurance.
  • Please contact us if your order requires a higher insurance.
  • Shipping price is calculated at checkout.
  • Handling time is 1-2 days.
  • We only ship on business days (Monday to Friday). There is no shipment on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), or holidays (Labor's Day, Memorial Day, Christmas, etc etc.).
  • If you place multiple orders within a short period of time, we may combine them into a single shipment. Please note that no refund will be issued for any difference in shipping costs.

    Example: If you place one order on Saturday and another on Sunday during a weekend sale, we may consolidate both orders and ship them together on the next business day. Your initial order ensures that the item is secured for you.

  • We are unable to reroute packages that have already been shipped. Please make any address changes prior to shipment.
